Martin Family Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is established through generous contributions of the Martin family, one of the founding families of Colorado Mountain College. The impetus to build this scholarship is their strong belief in the value of education and its positive impact on one’s future.
Dick, who died in 1990, his wife Billie, their sons Bill and John, and daughter Jimmi, always extended their hand to help a neighbor. In this spirit, the Martin Family scholarship breaks down barriers that might prevent individuals from pursuing their dreams.

Eligibility: Any full-time student currently enrolled or seeking admission to a degree or certificate program at Colorado Mountain College. Applicants must be in-district students, demonstrate a desire and a potential to learn (a minimum 2.75 GPA), show financial need, or have to overcome other barriers preventing them from attending college.
