Dr. Armen Sarafian Endowed Scholarship

Dr. Armen Sarafian served as Interim President during 1986-87. A member of the California State Board of Education, Dr. Sarafian held the honorary title of President Emeritus of Pasadena City College where he served for over 20 years. Later he was President of University of LaVerne for nine years. Armen was a dedicated educator and a proactive leader during his tenure here. Family and friends of Dr. Sarafian established this scholarship in his memory.

Eligibility: Applicants must be classified as in-district residents and have at least a 2.5 GPA. Applicants must be attending or recently graduated from a high school within the Colorado Mountain College district.
