Colorado Mountain College Scholars - Phillippe Family Scholarship
The Colorado Mountain College Mountain Scholars scholarships were funded through a comprehensive fund raising campaign to establish a purposeful scholarship for CMC Roaring Fork and Rifle campus students. A combination of many generous donors have enabled this program to come to fruition.
The Scholar Award program is available to eligible graduating seniors from Aspen, RE-1, RE-2 and RE-16 school districts as well as to non-traditional students living in the same geographical region. Students must plan to enroll in one of the Colorado Mountain College sites/campuses in this area (Aspen, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, Spring Valley, and Rifle).
Eligibility: Recipients will be selected on the following criteria: a) academic performance; b) application and supporting documents; and d) financial need. Preference will be given to applicants who are first in their family to attend college.
Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum of six credit hours and must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Participation in donor receptions, written communication with designated donors and a signed scholarship acceptance agreement will be required.
