David Alden Cooke Memorial Scholarship
David Alden Cooke graduated from the Roaring Fork Campus-Spring Valley on June 2, 1984, and died in an automobile accident on June 3, at age 22. David was an outstanding student. At the time of his death he had been accepted to transfer to three nationally-recognized engineering colleges. David was an honors graduate in mathematics, a member of Phi Theta Kappa and actively pursued outdoor activities. The estate of David Alden Cooke provided the funding for this scholarship.
Eligibility: CMC Roaring Fork Campus students enrolled in the discipline of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math “STEM”. Minimum GPA 2.5.
