The friends and family Debi Martinez-Brun
This scholarship was established by Debi’s best friend, former CMC colleague, and “sister for life” Mariana Velasquez-Schmahl, along with Debi’s family and many loving friends. They honor her legacy of diversity, inclusion and access to education for all.
Impact
A TRIO Upward Bound student graduating in the current or previous years, from one of the following high schools: Grand Valley, Rifle, Coal Ridge, Eagle, Battle Mountain, Red Canyon or Lake County, to attend CMC.
