Summit Mountain Rentals (SMR) is a privately owned, locally operated, full-service property management company focused on short-term vacation rentals in Breckenridge and Frisco, Colorado. We manage more than 200 properties in Breckenridge and Frisco ranging from luxurious mountain homes to boutique condominiums. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of satisfaction to our property owners and vacation guests, and we’ve been voted "Best of Summit” in the Summit Daily News readers’ poll nine years running. The SMR Foundation is focused on giving back to the people who make Summit County great. For those working in our company and those doing the hard, day-to-day work throughout Summit County, adult education is key to success and growth. SMR wants to support and encourage everyone of every age to make education a lifelong pursuit. In this way, we can all continually better ourselves and our community.
This scholarship is for a Non-traditional student scholarship (minimum 25 years of age) in Summit County who is degree seeking and has a 3.0 GPA or higher.
