Pam Arsenault

Pam Arsenault, Prior Dean of the Rifle Campus, established this annual scholarship in memory of her late father, Chet Conlee, who earned a GED after dropping out of high school at age 16. The purpose of this scholarship is to assist Rifle/West Garfield Campus students who have completed their GED and who are prepared to transition to college-level coursework in a declared major field of study.
